Three people have been processed in hospital after falling gruesome from eating spoiled fish furnished by a meal home-delivery service.

An MPI spokeswoman said Hey there Fresh had initiated a consumer line recall of the fish
by directly contacting all members who received the spoiled fish around.
“We have received specific reports of illness directly from new customers as well as from Regional Public Health plus the company, ” the spokeswoman explained.

New Zealand Food Safety’s Food Compliance national manager Melinda Sando said Hello Fresh had not made contact with the government organisation before starting their recall.
