One person has gone following a water incident in Taupō this evening.
One police spokeswoman said the incident happened at Two Mile Fresh.
Emergency treatments were alerted at 6. 07pm.
“Sadly tries to revive the person were unsuccessful identified died at the scene, ” finally, the spokeswoman said.
The death will be referred to their Coroner.

Earlier today, a person drowned at a lake near a key southwest of Auckland.
