Iranian teenager granted refugee status

An Iranian youth who was sexually abused and bullied since a child would face mental and athletic harm if he was forced to in return for and carry out military service, an sounds tribunal has ruled.

The 15-year-old, who visited New Zealand when he was 1314, has been granted refugee status.

His mother, every opponent of the Iranian authorities, was first recognised as a refugee last year.

“He would be told to wait in front of protesters and, where he refused, he might be killed. Soldiers must do whatever they are instructed to do and he does not want to take a person’s life. He wishes to help other programs, live freely and build a better population. ”
