A man is behaving in court this morning charged making use of murder of Wellsford man Zane Smith.

Each of our 37-year-old was fatally shot in the car in Wellsford, north over Auckland, on Saturday.

Police said a 45-year-old dogg was located yesterday in connection with any homicide.

He was expected to appear in the North Side District Court this morning.

Detective Inspector Al Beard called for the public to have any sightings of a black 2004 Ford Falcon saloon registration CTS862 linked to the incident.

The car was seen in Pakuranga from Sunday.

Beard also revealed police were still hunting for the firearm used in a murder, which was believed to be a firearm.

Yesterday, the new 21-year-old woman wanted in connection with any killing handed herself into arm of the law.

She seemed in the North Shore District Driveway charged with being an accessory following your fact to murder.

Beard thanked the community with their help and the public sightings that were attacked of the alleged offender.

He said a collection of detectives were working around the time since the incident.
