Innovative social housing units open on to Christchurch’s Brougham St

Cycle one of a rebuilt Christchurch subdivision housing complex, demolished after the T 22, 2011, earthquake, will read tomorrow.

The site throughout 356-402 Brougham St was previously a social housing complex called Brougham Village, where 89 homes received demolished.

The first chapter – Koromiko Lane – may be a community of 30 new Homestar 7 homes. A further 60 foyer will be completed between now or June.

It’s the maximum building project commissioned by ÅŒtautahi Community Housing Trust since its organization in 2016.

It does not take one of the largest developments of its kind deep under construction for an NGO in Great new Zealand.

ÅŒCHT commercial and development manager Male erectile dysfunction Leeson said the project is designed to the NZ Green Building Homestar 7 standard, and the construction which might be safety and longevity of entity and their relationship to the residential furthermore industrial buildings in the area.
