A police spokesperson described they were called to a “medical incident” at the Hidden Valley Festival using Matakana about 7. 30pm.
“Sadly, despite speedy medical assistance being provided to the individ, they died. ”
The dance and electric music festival, held at the Matakana Country Park on December twenty seven, is one of the first big festivals with regards to summer and ends a year made up of cancelled and rescheduled events end result of the Covid-19 pandemic.
