A helicopter continues to be called to the aid of a certain involved in a serious crash near Taupō.
A police speaker said they were called to a single-vehicle crash on State Highway 7 in Iwitahi near the intersection pointing to Taharua Rd about 1 . 30pm.
The vehicle was dragging an empty horse float when it crashed into a bank.
A single person has suffered serious injuries.
