Informed police conduct planned search attending Hastings property

Armed law enforcement officials taped off a property on a primary Hastings road on Monday mid-day to conduct what they said must have been a “pre-planned search warrant”.

A number of armed police seemed to be at the Omahu Rd property, approximately between Kirkwood Rd and State Freeway 50, about 2 . 30pm.

A police speaker said no further information could be featured publicly about the incident, and she could not say if any arrests were made.
