People hit by car and snuffed in Hawkes Bay

You have died after being hit next to an car in Hawke’s Bay beforehand this morning.

Emergency apps were called to the scene around 2am.

The person came to be hit on Taihape Rd near to the intersection Korokipo Rd – almost 41km from Hastings.

Inspector Marty Parker said the fishing line has been closed near the intersection until further notice, no diversions can often be put in place.

Inquries from the circumstances of the incident are now ongoing
