Flights have started again after Auckland Airport’s domestic station was evacuated this morning.
Passengers were forced to reserve planes waiting on the tarmac and those attempting to15328 board flights and staff which in turn worked in the terminal sent additional after an alarm was created at 7. 22am.
A Fire and Emergency speaker said it was not clear why a alarm was set off but once you crews were sent to investigate.
The emergency was additional within half an hour and passengers were actually allowed back into the terminal right before 8am when flights resumed.
